14-day intensive residential course at Te Moata Retreat Centre
This Course fulfills the standard requirements of the international permaculture curriculum.
Permaculture is a design system for sustainable living and land use; it is the harmonious integration of landscape, people & appropriate technologies to provide food, shelter, energy & for other needs in a sustainable way. Permaculture is built upon an ethic of caring for the earth & working with nature.
Students have the chance to get fully immersed in the permaculture way of thinking and acting and are invited to bring details of their own or potential sites.
No prior knowledge or experience is necessary, but the course is also suitable for experienced gardeners. To view the outline of topics covered click here.
