Is there anyone who thinks that we should have a few sheep in our garden/land, so that they can repair the soil, and share their milk and wool while repairing the soil? Or what should both soil restoration and animal welfare be like for a larger herd? Keeping a living thing alive and responding to its wishes is not easy, especially in today’s conditions. For this reason, we want to review what we need to do, taking into account the welfare of living beings, and say that another form of animal husbandry is possible.
Goals of our training:
- To teach participants the basics of raising healthy sheep by considering sheep welfare and using restorative methods.
- To provide information on sheep types, shelter, feeding, watering and health.
- Demonstrating how participants can apply permaculture principles to raising sheep.

ÇEVRİMİÇİ/ONLINE – ONARICI KOYUN YETİŞTİRİCİLİĞİNE GİRİŞ
Bahçemizde/Arazimizde birkaç koyunumuz olsun, toprağı onarsın, toprağı onarırken sütünü, yününü paylaşalım diye düşünenler var mı? Ya da daha büyük bir sürü için hem toprak onarımı, hem de hayvan refahı nasıl olmalıdır? Bir canlıyı yaşatmak, onun isteklerine cevap vermek hiç de kolay değil hele hele günümüz şartlarında. Bu sebeple, canlı refahını gözönünde bulundurarak neler yapmamız gerektiğini gözden geçirmek ve başka bir hayvancılık mümkün demek istiyoruz.
