Sarsens Tun is an exceptional example of a working permaculture sheep farm, the tour includes permaculture practices in house design & retro-fitting, fire defense strategies, sheep as a land management tool, food forest development and vegetable areas, animal rotation and ways to improve soil. Sarsens has over 80 types of birds, dams managed for wildlife and beautiful views onto Mt Cathedral. The property is level, boots are essential as it is a farm with livestock

Rita is an experienced English garden designer, permaculture garden designer and farmer, Lorraine is a head gardener and farmer. Both Rita and Lorraine have backgrounds in education. Their 40 acre sheep farm is a model permaculture farm which has a range courses and tours available soon. An opportunity to taste their speciality breed meat is available booked in advance.
