2) lots of shade and

3) a smallish space.

Features: small urban space, rainwater tanks, worm farms, composting, ponds, wildlife haven, Zone 1, 2, sort of 3 and 5, kitchen garden, mandala garden, herb spiral, vertical spaces (for gardening), solar hot water, solar power, greywater system, information, self-guided tour &  food forest.
