Winter Certification Course of Permacultural Design – Enrollment is Open!
Friends, we invite you to the Winter Course of Permacultural Design (CPD), which will be held on February 14-22, 2026 at Екологічна Дослідницька Станція “Глибокі Балики” (Ecological Research ‘Deep Balks’).
The main topic of the course is ‘Permaculture as a way of restoration of connection with nature’.
We will not only talk about ecodesign or gardening, but above all about the harmony between man and the living world around.
For eight days, participants will be able to:
- to get acquainted with the principles and ethics of permaculture;
- learn to observe natural processes and read relief;
- practice working with water, soil, energy, space;
- create your own permaculture design and get feedback from experienced designers.
Among course teachers:
- Bogdan Popov — ecologist, water management and eco-sanitation specialist, director of the “Ecostancíj Network of Ukraine”:
- Марія Цвірінько – designer and host of the Divina experimental center;
- Tatyana етuchko (Tatyana Chuchko) co-founder of gs “Permakultura in Ukraine”, teacher of permakultura and organic farming;
- Мария Газнюк – curator of spicy and aromatic plants in the National Botanical Garden. .. М. Grishka, the founder of “The Garden of the Soul”.
There is a lot of practice in the program:
- observing ecosystems
- learning about soil as a living organism
- pruning plants
- visiting the Horseshoe goat farm and creating a farm design project with advice from teachers.
Participation is free for veterans and displaced people!
For other participants, the preferential price is 10 800 UAH (with accommodation and food).
