You’ll be amazed how many different vegetables and herbs can be eaten as microgreens; from pea to sunflower shoots, garlic chives and nasturtium.
Sprouts are germinated seeds grown in water where you can eat the entire root system which is so nutritious and full of flavour!
This workshop explains the differences between microgreens and sprouts, their health benefits and teaches you how to grow both at home.
