The Transylvanian Permaculture Campfire is THE highlight of our event year at Dupa Gard. This year it takes place from 6.-10. August 2026.
Started as a spontaneous gathering of permaculture enthusiasts in 2023, it has developed considerably since – this year we are ready to offer you a very special spectacle. The aim is to connect the permaculture community of Romania with the German-speaking (and beyond) community. Workshops on a variety of themes, from Permaculture gardening to music and movement offer you the opportunity to dive deeper into these topics, while a colourful supporting program around the evening campfire, while the magnificent sky over the Carpathian Mountains uniquely sets the scene for the meteor shower of the Perseids!
