This course is for anyone interested in finding positive solutions to the challenges we face in this rapidly changing world.

You’ll develop purposeful skills for self-reliance and design sustainability systems for your home and community by focusing on caring for the earth, caring for people, and sharing to strengthen community connections.

Dates:

  • February: Sat 17-Sun 18
  • March: Sat 9-Sun 10, Sat 16-Sun 17
  • April: Sat 6-Sun 7, Sat 13-Sun 14
  • May: Sat 4-Sun5.

The course will cover:

  • what is permaculture
  • permaculture design ethics and principles
  • permaculture zone and sector design
  • social permaculture and resilient communities
  • food forests and animals in permaculture
  • nutrient and energy cycling
  • how to create sustainable systems.

Cost: $750 — 25 spaces available.
