Karonga School – A taste of what’s to come

February was a busy month at Karonga School with students harvesting an abundance of produce shielded by weeds and kikuyu grass – tomatoes, potatoes, basil, parsley, stevia, lemon verbena, pepinos, snake beans, lettuce, leeks, and a beautiful white glossy eggplants. Of course , with harvesting comes the cooking and eating. The students all agree this the best part.
